First time repairing a Saab...

Hey guys, here's a teenage noob question - I'm hugely considering purchasing a '93 900S 2dr. hatchback (the last of the classics :cry: )for only $1000. From the pics I've seen of it, and the new parts (and the fact that it has 134k miles), I think one grand is a great deal. But it does have two things wrong with it.
The clutch slave cylinder and the ignition lock cylinder need replacement.

I'm planning on doing the work myself. The ign. lock cyl shouldn't be too complex, right? (Hey, I'm a teen and I've only worked on old 'murican cars for not too long).

Is the CSC hard to replace? I've searched forums but haven't got the answer I'm looking for.

...also, what other problems should I generally look out for on one of these?
