Bumper shell removal

Hi guys,

A few weeks ago my rear bumper was hit sideways from the nearside. The result is that the bumper shell has slid along leftwards by about an inch and is now jammed.

The offside of the shell is now loose and showing a gap on the corner (See in pics)

I've removed the inside boot scuff plate and found the bolts are not bent and on inspection from underneath the bumper bar itself doesn't seem to have been damaged.

I have a 3rd party towbar attachment and the bolts are seized on.

I wonder if there's a step by step guide to removing and replacing the shell without removing the bumper bar?

I'd appreciate your help.

All the best
Christian
