I was struggling with a P0101 and after performing a smoke test to ensure there are no vacuum leaks (there are none) and after replacing the MAF - still got P0101 so I put original MAF back on....
The car started misfiring so I replaced all plugs and it drove fine for about a day. I am now getting consistent misfiring...car drives under-powered but drive-able then all of a sudden misfires like crazy and I limp it home. First time was P0303, second test drive P0304 which after testing on driveway became P0300 - multiple cyl misfire.
I checked all the wiring harness and reseated all coils on plugs again. Drove fine for a day and now back to misfiring...this time with the following codes:
P0304, P1101 and P1603 - Not finding too much on the P1101 and P1603 online, just ODBII general says P1101 = MAF Sensor Out Of Self Test Range and P1603 = ECM EEPROM Malfunction
Any suggestions
