2002 saab 9-3 problems with video

So my dad has a 9-3 2.0 stick with roughly 160 no idea first problem is all the lights on the dash come on and the speed tach and rpm tach stops, and the miles. Makes a noise when does. Any thoughts?

Second is the video. This noise has been going on for a long time now and is annoying. Besides the oil leak and horrible smell with the clutch, oil, it's been a good car.
