Turbo X, very rough idle

The other night I had driven to pick up my girlfriend for work and dropped her off. I parked the car for probably 25-30 minutes. I said my goodbyes and went out and started the car, (Bare in mind, it was snowing and probably about 15-20 degrees out. Just so you guys know) and the car sounded good for a second then really fumbled HARD. I'll try my best to explain it without a clip, please don't make fun of my for a terrible re-enactment of this :P

Now, I'll try to explain what that means. It would idle fine for about 2 seconds, then it fumbles and sounds like it's about to stall..then idles again fine...then 2 seconds and it starts like it's about to stall again. The entire car shakes when it sounds like it's gonna stall. Now, I turned the car OFF and I heard what sounded similar to something being forced to move. Now, the only thing I can think of is that it was cylinder being FORCED to move with no spark going to it. However, if the cyl was dead, wouldn't the car sound TERRIBLE all the time? Is it possible that maybe a plug or coil is dying for a second then getting spark again?

After shutting the car off for 5 minutes and restarting it sounded pretty okay again, though it still sounded like I was getting a misfire. Any suggestions please :(
