How do i turn OFF Traction Control on my 05 9-3 ??

I recently bought a 2005 Saab 9-3 2.0turbo 5 speed, and the traction control is really messing up my driving. its good at low speeds but when im trying to go up a hill it really slows me down and to me its more dangerous to have on.

With that said, how do i turn the traction control off??
