loud squeeks going over speed bumps

hey Guys hope you can point me in the right direction.

when it's moist or really cold outside, loud squeeks are heard when going over the speed bumps.

it sounds sort of like rubber is rubbing against something.

is there something I can try to tighten or lube to prevent this sound. sure hope i dont have to replace strut mounts.....although it sounds nothing like a broken strut mount...
