Kind of a weird question, but does anyone know of a guide or a diagram or instructions on how to take apart the driver's side mirror on a '99 9-5 wagon? It's one of the only things wrong with the car we just got - The previous driver opened it onto a column and broke a chunk out of the black plastic lining that sits behind the mirror (How he didn't also manage to crack the mirror is anyone's guess).
I've got a replacement plastic lining but was just out looking at the thing and bending it back, etc, and can't figure out how to take it apart. Has anyone else ever done this before? I'm suspecting I could change the part myself rather than paying the Saab guy to do it, if I could just get a starting point.
