Hi All I purchased a 1999 95 2.3 se 2 yrs ago from a older couple that was well maintained but recently at 138k seems the turbo is going bad getting blue smoke. My question is should I replace the turbo with a new garrett for 600, install a Nordic brand clone for 480 from eeuro or buy a used mits td04 for 425 from Goldwing with 1 yr guarantee and get the conversion kit from eeuro with updated computer. The engine has 137 k sounds good and I just installed new head bolts and valve cover gasket I did pcv 7 update a yr ago. Can this motor handle the mits td04 with this mileage? What is everyone s opinions.
