Need help 9-3 radio

Hello, this is my first post here, and this issue has probably been posted numerous times and I'm sorry if it is annoying, but I don't know where to turn to get help and I REALLY REALLY want a radio that will work so I can hook up my sub woofers finally damn it lol.

Anyways I bought my Saab used (2006 Saab 9-3) and I'm trying to hook up sub woofers/ get an aftermarket stereo installed. When I first bought my sub woofers and tried hooking them up one of the amps under my seat magically died. I sent it to the dealership and they removed it and bypassed everything to the other amp in the car. Then, I spliced my bass speaker wires and hooked up the subs that way, and ran a power wire from the battery to my trunk to power the amp. I disconnected it after a while because the speakers in my car were crackling which sounded like ****, and the subs weren't getting enough power (IDK why but I have a feeling that it has to do with the other amp being removed which I said earlier, but I'm not entirely sure). Ever since the disconnect, the speakers still crackle, and I wonder if there is a short somewhere, or I completely ****ed up the speakers (It's all speakers that crackle, I think it's a short, but maybe someone knows?) So basically what I want to know, is there anyway to get rid of this fiber optic nightmare, and get a nice wiring/soundsystem in my Saab? IS IT POSSIBLE??? If it is, or someone has done it and can help me, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

TL;DR: Trying to get aftermarket radio/subwoofers hooked up, nightmarish fiber optics preventing me from doing so, WTF can I do to get this working? Thank you!

If there is anything else that needs to be known I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
