Seized waste gate - any permanent fix?

The waste gate on my 2000 AERO is seized again, when I first bought the car last summer the waste gate was seized. I suspected it was because the car sat unused for about a year. I freed it up with penetrating oil and a lot of wiggling back and forth with a pair of vice grips.

The waste gate has seized again from sitting idle all winter, I have freed it up but I'm worried its just going to get stuck again.

Is there any kind of lube that can take the heat or does anybody have a trick to remedy this condition?
