Hi
I am looking for advice on how to repair a hydraulic hose which has snapped off for the convertible roof.
The hose in question is in the right rear quarter panel is located inbetween some of the framework of the roof.
There is what looks like a large 13/14mm end piece, which has a smaller pipe with the hose going into the top. It is the smaller hose which has snapped. I cannot see an obvious way for this to come out. Do I have to remove the larger end piece. Looks very tight to get a spanner in there. Have to tried as yet though, as would rather do the job all in one go.
Once removed, how is the hose secured back into the end piece? It looks like it is possibly clamped in place?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
