Intake Air Pipe red insert

So i'm replacing a bypass valve and moving things out of the way, taking the intake air pipe off that goes to the Throttle body and I broke the red insert that goes into it.

Does anyone know where I can get one of those red washers/ inserts?

I hope I don't have to buy a whole intake pipe.

Is there yet another special tool that was supposed to be used to get it off?
