ECU Reprogram for 2002 Aero engine swap into 2001 2.3t

Hi, Long time Saab owner and 'accidental mechanic', new to the performance forum. The install is complete. I have replaced the 2001 2.3t with a 2002 Aero 2.3 and the bigger turbo, still using the original ECM, but have the one that came with the Aero engine. I presume that I can get the Aero ECM reprogrammed to match my VIN, so I will get more HP and still have a 'back-up' ECM / spare. Not looking to go crazy, but who doesn't want a bit more power? ;-)

Any recommendations, or vendor choices for reprogramming? I'm in S. NH, USA.
