Air conditioning pressures?

Anybody know what the high and low side pressures should be with a good working system?

Getting pretty hot here, so I added a can of refrigerant to the system. It blows ice cold with the outside temp under 80 degrees but just mildly cool above that.

Before I start any serious work, im going to borrow a set of gauges tomorrow and see where Im at.
