I usually hate these threads but I feel this one is warranted... I ordered some stuff from genuine saab, like I have done a few times now, and when it arrives the top of the muffler (bsr unit its black coated) was all scratched to **** and the BRAKE FLUID cap I ordered was a radiator cap... I work 60 hrs a week so my wife tried to get this issue solved. Well someone AF GS pretty much called my wife a liar and they sent the right thing!!! I wasn't even going to bring up the exhaust be cause its on top and doesn't affect the function of it but this makes me want to return everything and cut all ties with this "company". Oh and I didn't even mention we had a forge bpv on order which never came come to find out its on backorder which my wife had to try multiples emails to finally get an answer. Well if you need any go fast parts for your saab , I suggest steering clear of these jokers... thanks for the wonderful customer service nick, I wasn't done spending money either looks like a competitor is going to get it at this rate....
