Rear windows and convertible top not working

Hi, New to Saab Central and new to posting on message boards. I have a 1999 9-3 convertible and parked it over the winter, and now the rear windows and top do not operate at all, no relays clicking or soft top failure messages. I have checked the 3 fuses for both the top and windows and all are good. I tried disconnect of the battery, did not work. Any thought or advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS I did notice it was 2003 - present just did not find a better post to add onto, still need to figure out how to post an orginal message.
