One end looks like the hex is about lug bolt sized, but it doesn't fit. Even after I filed down the flash from the stamping that was making the opening smaller, it won't fit. Over stock lug bolts.
The other end has a smaller hex. I have no idea what it's supposed to do. Did Saab have some wheel covers held on by a small bolt at one time?
Maybe the one included with my car is of lower quality. I do know that taking the wheel bolts all the way off with the provided lug tool is a slow, tedious process. The tool is designed to tighten and loosen the lug bolts. It is hopeless at any kind of quick spin to get them off.
