Going to be making custom front lips

I am preparing to begin the process of creating a mold of my custom front lip in order to reproduce these to sell. I'm hoping to be the first in the world to offer these for sale before someone reproduces my design. These lips fit the 04-05 9-5 aero bumper (and would possibly fit the 04-05 arc, the 02-03 aero/non aero, and the following 06-09 models as well based on the dimensions being consistent). I made this lip by first creating the concept idea and did some measurements to make sure it would line up properly to the aero bumper. I purchased two Turbo X front lips; Segmenting them to the correct measurements and proportions of the 9-5; And plastic welded them together. The price for both turbo-X lips is almost $400, and the plastic welding and dremel work can be tricky. But I want these to be affordable. I can't say for sure how much they will cost until I can establish the mold setup and obtain a reliable source for materials, But I want to sort of start a list of people who would be interested in buying one of these. Once I begin producing lips, I will likely make a list of 5-10 people at a time and take deposits before producing the number for that order.
