Upgrading to an aftermarket stereo and all the lovely things that come with bluetooth so I am looking to sell my stock head unit. This is out of a 1998 900se. I've done the Aux In mod so you can hook up your mp3 player. It works well, tape still works too. You have to keep the input below about 3/4 on the external player, but as long as you do that the sound is crisp and clear. So much better than a FM transmitter or tape adapter. Cable is about four ft so it reaches back to the cubby beyond the e-brake. Also included is my audio adapter cable for aftermarket amps. I soldered this together using the old amp cable. It is four RCA cables and a 12v turn on wire that reaches back to the trunk. This allows you to run aftermarket amps off the factory pre-outs. ISSUE with this--one of the RCA cables is not working. I have not spent the time to figure out if a solder joint has come undone, the cable died, or the output on the head unit died. I just ran a patch cable from the corresponding front channel. Worked fine.
Not sure what to sell this for. $75?
