My AC checks out perfectly, no codes, pressures fine, so what's the problem?
Every once in a while (probably about 1 in 15 car starts) the A/C will start out working OK, and will then stop working, usually after 5-10 minutes. It just blows air at whatever the ambient temperature is.
Turning the car off and back on, or turning the A/C off and back on (using the switch) does not get it going again. I have to leave the car and come back to it in a little while (has been as short as 10 minutes) and then everything works OK. This smells like a bad contact or relay issue, but since I get no codes and it is not reliably repeatable, I am at a loss as to debugging this issue. I have checked all fuses, relays and contacts I can easily access.
Any ideas from the group? Car is a 2004 linear with the auto climate and has 33k miles on it....
