So a week ago I thought the transmission just wasn't shifting correctly. Looks like instead I've just go no boost and the car is in such a lack of power that I can't safely drive it.
2003 9-5 Aero Automatic
Since I'm not getting a CEL, nor am I getting any Freeze Frame data from the Tech II here's what I've tried:
Essentially nothing has made a change at all... Reset the ECU after each swap and test drive. The boost gauge sticks right at the junction of yellow>green and only moves down just slightly for a brief second when I let off the accelerator. The performance is so bad that it won't even build up enough power to move to the next gear. I can (barely) get it to highway speeds if I use the paddle shifters to get going.
Any ideas?

Since I'm not getting a CEL, nor am I getting any Freeze Frame data from the Tech II here's what I've tried:
- Replaced Throttle Body with a new one (needed this anyway)
- Tried two other throttle bodies since the new one didn't make a change to this issue
- Verified none of the throttle bodies are going into Limp Home Mode
- New Air Filter
- Removed Cobra pipe from the turbo and made sure the impeller was not seized
- Removed the Wastegate line from the Boost Control Valve and ensure it worked and had not fallen off (using air compressor)
- Swapped Mass Air Flow Sensor (two different ones known good from another car)
- Swapped Charge Air Pressure Sensor (known good from another car)
- Swapped DIC (with two known good ones)
- Swapped Intake Pressure Sensor (with known good one)
- Swapped Purge Valve
- Swapped Bypass Valve solenoid
- Swapped my Forge Motorsport's Bypass Valve with a known good Bosch
- Swapped Boost Control Valve (twice with known good ones)
- Replaced all vaccuum lines
- Replace Plugs (known good and a brand new set)
- Checked Catalyst (Catalytic Converter) function with Tech II
- Pressure tested turbo charger system (blocked hose from turbo and again at throttle body as per WIS. No leaks in lines, induction or intercooler
