I have a 2006 Saab 9-3 aero v6 six speed manual. First off I was driving around a bit and turned off the car, went to turn the key to the igntion and vehicle didnt want to crack. I can hear the fuel pump come on and the starter click. I had to pop start it. drove it home and tried again to start it, and it started. Drove the car for another few days without issues. I stop for gas it didn't start again and had to pop start it. I just bought a new battery this summer and started off checking battery voltage and performing a load test. Everything checked out green. Next I checked power going to the starter 12.4 volts. I checked the terminal that comes from the key and I got 10.1 volts seems okay. I pulled the starter for ****s and giggles and bench tested the starter, works fine spins and engages. tried this about 15 times total and didn't fail one bit. Put the starter back in the car, still wont start. Im thinking im gonna check the key terminal again. But possibly clutch safety switch or ignition. Anyone have the same issue??
