So the bearing is bad on the pulley and making some noise. I jacked up the car, removed the fiddly 14 mm bolt for the clutch assembly. I cant seem to get that clutch off no matter how hard I try. Its off and flopping about, but there isnt enough clearance to remove it from top or bottom, its hitting the side bulkhead. Do the two engine mounts on the top need to come off so the whole thing can be pushed to the side? is there a better way? will I have the same problem with the pullet itself? not much room around there to play with.
Searching for pulley removal on the internet seems to give lots of results for a 9-3 which is way easier... im not sure if it can be done for a 9-5 without removing the compressor altogether.
