Problem Re-programming 9-3 Aero Using J2534 Global Programmer

Hello,
I'm working on a 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero. I need to re-program the Column Module due to the fact that it does not recognize the key and will not let me start the vehicle. I'm trying to use iFlash and a J-2534 Global Programmer. I understand that I need to use the TIS2000 software but do I need a Tech2 device as well or should I be able to re-program using just the J2534?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
