Car seems to have lost some power

a couple of months ago i bought a custom tune from brew city boost for my 2005 linear.. all was well for a while but ive noticed over the last couple weeks that its doesn't seem to have the power it did after i first tuned it. Turbo gauge used to go a couple lines into the red under heavy load but now it seems to stop at the red like it used to when it was stock. a couple times i have heard it ding like the information ding but nothing was displayed and there was no lights on so i didn't worry. Has anyone else had this issue? or have a suggestion of what i should do? maybe just plug to tuner in and tune it again? BCB didn't reply to my email so idk what to do. any help would be great. thank you
