Windshield washer question

Just bought a '93 vert - windshield washer pumped weakly but ok when I got it - then ran out of fluid (or appeared to). I refilled, now getting nothing. The pump is running (I can hear it), the washers are moving, but nothing coming out of the nozzles. Is it possible there's an air gap in the tubing? Any suggestions?
