Abs, traction control, stability failure

I was curious to know if my Saab gurus on here could shed some light on the matter. 05 9-3 linear with145k.

These error message appear somewhat sporadically. I have read the speed sensor might be an issue here and or the cim. I'm not sure if it's related or not but the ignition switch no longer clicks when I remove the key unlocking the wheel. Any help?
