fuel pump failure

my 97 900s has failed twice now i first chsnged filter and
line to tank then added fuel coditioner injector treatment to fuel
and after pump change she was good as new
now 3 days later my check engine light clicks 6 times slow and 2 times fast and
pump is erratic spluttering
i put another battery directly to pump and its the same
she wont start?
any ideas ?
